After you join our Celebritea Rewards Club, you can earn points by:

  1. Placing an order : 5 points for every $1 spent.
  2. Signing up for our official B-day list after checkout : Receive 100 points
  3. Following us on Instagram: 50 points.

Here is how you can redeem :

  1. Login to your account on The Lilly Studio, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel. Next, click on 'All Rewards'.
  2. If you have enough points, you'll be able to click on the 'Redeem' button.
  3. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll still be able to see a progress bar on the right.

While all of our products are premium and 100% organic, with ZERO preservatives, chemicals and artificial flavors/dyes- we always recommend speaking to your health or medical practitioner before consuming certain tea blends, botanicals and herbs.

Typical shelf life for loose leaf tea is 6-12 Months. While our bags are double sealed to increase freshness, we suggest storing your tea in a dark cupboard or drawer.

The Lilly Studio is proud to support sustainable organic farms around the world. We only select premium ingredients that are grown and harvested without the use of toxins, pesticides and fertilizers that are harmful to our bodies and contaminate the soil.

We only source from farms that are:

  • Certified Organic
  • Certified Organic by Quality Assurance International
  • Ethically harvested to protect the planet and wildlife
  • Fair Trade Certified, which guarantees customers they are receiving a superior quality product, while farmers and workers are compensated fairly for their eco-friendly practices.

There are no shortcuts. We only want the good stuff! 

Every month we taste an array of botanicals, herbs and tea leaves from different regions and only a few are selected. If it's not wellness worthy, it's not coming near our family and/or customers.

Selecting Route+ at checkout will protect your package from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order is lost or broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route via their app and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

The Lilly Studio is not responsible for any missing or broken packages and all disputes should be handled through Route.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
